Beware of Advance Auto. The scam works like this: I purchased what was being advertised as a LIFETIME WARRANTY alternator assuming that it would be of very high quality. It didn't last 3000 miles before failing. Of course they cheerfully replaced it with another LIFETIME WARRANTY alternator for free except NOT the LABOR to install which was more than the alternator. 3 months ago I bought left front caliper, rotor, and brake pads. Put them on. 3 days ago I went to get the right front caliper and rotor. 3 trips in 3 days and I still have wrong parts. Now they can't credit my card. Waiting over an hour and they can't do anything to fix this.

Called the store located on Heckle Blvd in Rock Hill , SC. Needing information about returning a battery that I could not for my car. The employee was very biligerant and disrespectful, began cursing and hung up the phone. One of the employee on why 49 advance auto broke the dip stick for my oil on my car. The company will do anything about it. So it's ok for one of their employees screw up when he is not even supposed to touch that part. All was he supposed to do is help me for antifreeze in my car.
