Today i went to my advance store to get brake pads and a rotor for my ford truck on rt.22 hbg. Pa.They did not have the rotor but they said derry st. Store had it so I went to that store to find they didn't have it. You better up date your computers...I have other friends having problems with that store.

Have gone into subject store 3 times during lunch recently only to find 1 clerk up front with several customers waiting. You can hear talking in the back and today there were 2 Advance people outside in the parking lot talking to each other. 3rd time now I've gone to O'Reilly's instead. my order #65443694 came to me today, I had ordered 2 Sylvania XtraVision H5006 XV sealed beam headlights priced $16.99 each. Instead I received 2 Wagner H5006 headlights, these will fit but the brightness does not compare to the Sylvania also the Wagner lights are available everywhere for under $7.00 each. I had a very bad experience with your store Miami, FL NW 78th Street and Biscayne Blvd. Store # 09359).After having had windshield wipers replaced on Sunday. I noticed today the windshield was cracked. I had a police officer look at it and we both determined that the manager that put them on let it slip and crack the windshield. My grandson returned to the Advance Auto on Panola Road in Lithonia last night to exchange a $5.00 auto part that was given to him in error by the store employee (Maurice). He had just purchased the product less than 30 minutes and was told since he did not have his receipt he could not exchange it for the right part and needed to make a new purchase if he want the part. first let me say advance auto parts handled their part of trans action great! but moveras sent me a bad transmission that was no good from the start (bad upon installation warped valve body) when cold it would hit 2nd and 5th gears very hard and after warm up would stay in 2nd gear and not shift at all after 40 miles of driving. i had to buy new fluids $125.00 and pay to have it removed and replaced again $480.00 (2007 dodge 2500 diesel) only... Very frustrated in customer service. Battery light came on and wanted to have it checked. Stopped at Belle Vernon store was told they were under staffed and couldn't check. Big sign in window says free battery check. Read more

Who do they get away with taking advantage of the poor and disabled? They stole the only little money I had to cuz my only car. If I could have afforded to pay someone to fix it I wouldn't have had to walk to store. Walk back to return wrong parts. Then walk home being robbed because they refused to replace parts, two day after I bought them. They were never used. They had the right parts but because I didn't have a license they would not... I a disabled man. Truck broke had to walk a mile for parts. Was sold the wrong parts. Had to walk back and left parts without getting right ones. They would not give me the right ones because I didn't have drivers license. THEY STOLE MY MONEY. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN
