I was at your store number 01678 to return a battery that I have to keep charging in order to start the car only had the battery 3 months your manager at this store was very nasty and disrespectful I do not expect to spend my money with someone that is so rude and nasty towards their customers and I will make sure that I tell all my friends that work on cars not to purchase any parts out of this store.yancie Bates. The battery needs to test bad before it can be exchanged , maybe you were told this and think your so entitled that the rules and polices don't apply to you .


Perhaps you have a bad alternator and its not charging the battery. Did you have it tested??

Also there return policy to to replace not refund electronic items such as a battery. Good Luck.
