Return item

Trying to return a item and the manager was not willing to return the purchase and stated that the part had been used.Manager gave me a hard time and I stated that the item was never taken out of the box.I called the cops and waited for them to arrive.He told me that returns were not accepted at this store only store credit.I then asked for the corporate number.I was in a rush because I had a 5 yr old that I needed to pick up from school.I also had a 4 week old I had with me.He then was willing to pay me.He gave me my return but I did not count my money due to the hassle he gave me as well as I was in a rush to leave.He shorted me 10 dollars.This is very unprofessional and made me very upset.Now I have to return to the store again because I was shorted 10 dollars

so, you bought the wrong part, tried to install it, then wanted to return it? then somehow, a store credit isn't good enough for you, then you even manage to figure a way to blame the store, for your need to gather your spawn?

then you are so busy you can't count your change, and finally, you figure a way to blame it on the poor, hardworking store employee? this is why we hate millennials.

45 day return policy

THEY DO NOT ALLOW RETURN OR REPLACEMENT OF WRONG PART AFTER 45DAYS. NOT EVEN AN EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PART . I PURCHASED 2 BREAKS THINKING IT WOULD BE STANDARD 60DAY MIN OR EXCHANGE OR EVEN A STORE CREDIT.. NOTHING IS ALLOW. CANT SEE THEM GETING MY BIZ IN FUTURE

The workers do get a break and also its a free service. Looks like you think they should come running to your entitled beck and call.

Dont be cheap and buy your own scanner. Or enter a sweepstakes and maybe you could win one and take it over to them to show you how to use it.

TUES.7/30/19 - HAD AN ALTENATOR FOR A 71 V6 CL5. BROUGHT IT TO TEST, WAITED 45MIN. NOT TESTED. LEFT IT THERE TO BE TESTED AND IF BAD REPLACE. SAID THEY ORDERED A NEW ONE BE HERE IN 2 DAYS, I ASKED IF IT WAS TESTED? ANSWERED DON'T KNOW? BUT MUST HAVE BEEN? SO I SAID BEFORE YOU SEND CORE BACK MAKE SURE IT'S RIGHT. SO I PICKED SAID ALTENATOR UP AT 1PM 8/1/19 THURS.. FOUND THAT THE CASE SIZE HAS A 1 INCH DIFFERENCE ON MOUNTING BOSS! NOT THE RIGHT PART? I THOUGHT THEY SAID THEY MATCHED IT UP BEFORE THEY SENT THE CORE BACK? LIE! SO NOW YOUR PARTS ARE NOT RIGHT AND NOW I NEED ORININAL MOTOROLA ALTENATOR BACK TO REBUILD AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE IT! If they charged you for a core when you bought the new battery then they must accept it as a core for that receipt. Otherwise if you are talking about monies that you get for a "store credit" then all they accept is auto/truck and certain golf cart batteries. That is listed on their website and in store.

Customer service is USELESS. I bought 2 rotors and 4 brake pads 2 weeks ago. I went to return them to the origin al store that I bought them from on Buford Highway, in Norcross, Ga. Unprofessional treatment to their customers

I needed a alternator for my Ford F150 truck. I called Advance Auto Parts in Hilton Head. S.C. after our discussion they told me they had 2 in stock. Apon arriving with my bad alternator they informed me their inventory was bad and they didn't have one. They told they would have one delivered next day at noon and took my info and phone number. I returned the next day but they said the truck didn't come but it would be there the next day. I returned the next day around noon again but they said the delivery would come now until 4 pm. I asked for a refund and they told me since it was in delivery they could not refund me. So I returned the next morning to find that the alternator they sent was wrong. They not once called me to inform that the deliveries weren't going to happen instead ran me back and forth 5 times.. I finally demanded a refund and they relectantly gave me one. Is this how you treat a paying customer? I think,not, i won't be goong back again.

I had bought Break pads for some people and used my bank card to pay. They wanted to return the breaks. So I gave them the receipt. NOw one of your employees was counting the money and the other employee said it had to be put back on my card. So they did not get cash they had to come get my card. This man Luck is the one who demanded it be put back on my card. The break pads was a gift to them they should of got cash. Now if the money is not in my back account right away, I will be calling and I will be very upset.

You paid with a debit card so it goes back on the debit card. I not sure if other stores give cash as they are not banks.

Bad service by employee

Bad service , employee been acting mean and racism, I’m a mechanic and I have a lot of customer from different nationality and I take care everyone nice and I have been respectful with every one because thanks to themselves I have my business keep going, please check your employees actitudes.
