Speed perks reward program
I've shopped exclusively at advanced auto parts for over 20 yrs. I joined their speed perks program as soon as it started .
It was good for the first couple of years. This past year (2017), i can't get any rewards no matter what i do. Every time I try to order online i get kicked out.
Every time I go to the store i give them my email and they ask me to sign up for speed perks. I m done.

Iwas shopping at your store at 77 Bloomfield ave Bloomfield Nj and i was next in line for service when all of a sudden a customer that had came in behind me jumped in front of me to be served by the cashier i had objected to him doing that and had told the cashier that i was to be served next instead of him but the cashier Served him anyway I then asked to speak to a manager to lodge a formal written complaint and their attitude was that or trivializing and ridiculing my complaint .I have been shopping at your stores for years and never have i ever been so humiliated andtreated so bad this happen around 4:15pm and the store Mgmt would not allow me to make an written complaint is that the policy of your store when the customer is treated disrespectful that thay can not make a written complaint

Moveras transmission
first let me say advance auto parts handled their part of trans action great! but moveras sent me a bad transmission that was no good from the start (bad upon installation warped valve body) when cold it would hit 2nd and 5th gears very hard and after warm up would stay in 2nd gear and not shift at all after 40 miles of driving. i had to buy new fluids $125.00 and pay to have it removed and replaced again $480.00 (2007 dodge 2500 diesel) only reimbursed $220 for labor nothing else i reccomend you do not buy one of moveras transmissions they don't stand behind their product and wasted my time and money,a good company would have paid for all labor and new fluids seeing as the transmission was no good when it left their warehouse and was no fault of the consumer

Advance Auto Parts - Moveras 4L80E Transmission Review from Wausau, Wisconsin
Even though they are marketed as having the best transmissions, avoid Movarus transmissions. We bought one and followed all the installation notes and the first did not work, they sent us a second that only worked when"cold" and then a third replacement that was good for 7 months and failed again. Advance Auto would not cover a 4th trans as they said we had gotten 2 replacements already and we must be abusing them.
My installer still charged me $375.00 per transmission and none of that was covered either.

Advance Auto Parts saved me.
On 6/27/15. I was traveling alone in the maine turnpike when I noticed my battery light on my dash-board.
this could only mean my battery was loosing voltage do to a bad alternator, I managed to make it thirty miles to my exit and another tenth of a mile to an Advance Auto Parts store, where my truck died in their parking lot. I walked in talked to a girl named Stephanie behind the counter and told her I had problems,
she set me up with the parts I needed, the store manager Todd overheard our conversation and asked if there was anything he could do to help or if I needed to borrow their tools to do the job. When the new alternator was installed Todd moved his truck near mine and jump started my batteries.
I will be forever grateful to Stephanie and Todd for helping me that day, and for all the employees of Advance auto Parts on RT 27 North of Augusta Maine for treating me a total stranger like family. Thanks

I ordered a wheel for my car for $305 I was supposed to get a 25% discount when I checked my bank they took out $327 Advance Auto nice!. I don't know how they could get away with this but I want my money back.
I'll give u fifty words allright.
I have spent hundreds with them and their so called speed perks does not work. They are screwing me again
