BOUGHT OIL ABOUT A MONTH AGO BECAUSE THERE WAS A SPECIAL OFFER BY THAT TIME. DO THE OIL CHANGE THIS WEEK END AND RETURN THE USED OIL TO RECYCLE THIS THURSDAY. WHEN ASK FOR THE OIL FEE RETURN MONEY THESALES PERSON TOLD ME HE CAN NOT REFUN IT BECAUSE IT HAD PASSE MORE THAN 30 DAYS. I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THE TIME FRAME AND ASKED HIM WHERE IN MY RECEIPT THAT WAS WRITTEN. HE RESPOND, THATS THE COMPANY POLICIE. CHE KED AT OTHER AUTO PARTS AND THEY ACCEPT OIL FOR 90 DAYS AND ITS EXPLICITELY CLEAR IN THEIR RECEIPTS. THINK THAT THE SALESAN COULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING FOR IT HAS BEEN JUST SOME 2 WEEKS OVER THE 30 DAY, THE COMPETITION GIVES MOR TIME AND I WAS NEVER INSTRUCTED ABOUT THE TIME FRAME.

Bought a new part air conditioner hose and replaced Freon the hose burst immediately after replacing expelling all Freon. When store was contacted we were told it would be Tuesday before new part would be in stock while another store at the parts available we were welcome to travel the hour to get the part and buy the Freon that was wasted at our own expense we are frequent users of this store and the customer service and representation has been very very disappointing and poor.

every time I try to order parts, they are either "not sold at this store", "unavailable", etc. I'm talking about simple stuff, brake pad, rotors, other things. Something bad has happened to this company, I predict they won't' be in business long, somebody is making bad company decisions.
