I have had to purchase 2 batteries for my 100th anniversary Harley Dyna superglide since April or May of this year only to have the employees laugh at me.

Very disturbing as well as being extremely non-productive and very costly as well as low in quality. It begins to become more expensive than if I'd paid a shop to do the work for me.DO NOT BUY BATTERIES OR CHEVY ALTERNATORS FROM ADVANCE AUTO PARTS THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL

Bought a battery Jan 25 2021. Took it back to get charged 2-5-23. Worker said it was dead? I did buy another one.I know there is a 2 yrs replacement ,I feel u shouldnt have a battery for 2 yrs, then have to buy a new one. When I went to start my car it sound like it wanted to turn over. Thank you!

Poor Service at Store #08805

4/6/2023 I entered your store located at 958 E Swan Creek Rd, Fort Washington, MD 20744 to purchase or replace a battery for my 2012 Ford F-150 at approximately 3:25 pm. There were two associates at the first register discussing something and one associate (John) in the parts area who did not have a customer.

As I approached John his phone rang and he answered. I heard him say, "Hello. Yes Ann, I think I can help you." I thought it was a business call, but at that time he put reached down and put his cell phone on speaker and I could hear the female on the other end speaking. John asked her where her event was located and she said down Route 4.

He asked how many people and she responded around 75. He asked her if it was a wedding reception. After about 3 minutes another associate (Moe) appeared at the register near John and asked for the next customer. The customer who was waiting in front of Moe deferred to me, but I said I'd like to wait for John to finish his call because I did not believe it had anything to do with Advance Auto.

After a few more moments waiting for John to complete his call, which I can only guess had something to do with a catering service, Salome came to a register and asked if she could help. I purchased the battery I needed from her and I asked if there was a manager on duty. She told me that they all were managers. I explained the situation and she told me that there was nothing she could do because she was not John's manager.

I asked to speak to John's manager and she left the register. A few moments later Moe came to the register. I explained to Moe again that I felt that John's priority should have been to me his Advance Auto customer and not his side hustle phone call. Moe responded that he understood how I felt.

Somewhat taken aback at his lack of concern I asked "So what are we going to do about John, Moe?" He responded, "I guess I can talk to him." This entire conversation was had within John's earshot as he was standing at the adjacent register. I can only hope my negative experience at your store is not indicative of what is the "norm" or accepted behavior by your associates.

The response or lack of a response from the manager seems to suggest that your own employees do not value your Brand or its reputation. I would like for someone to contact me to let me know how you address this issue.

Been trying to get ahold of Seth the dm for my pay stubs and he's ignoring my text messages and phone calls worst company to work for. The part number has multiple cars advertised, however I cannot pick a specific car that I want from the list of cars. I was told I have to go from store to store to see if they have it. Racist customer service

Went into your store in West Chandler Arizona, and was racially profiled by two employees. One I believe to be the manager his name is Rick. The other employee was named Wolfe, which Im sure isnt his real legal name both of them racially profiled me and my wife told me that they dont serve my kind in their store and that we were asked to leave when we were trying to purchase a battery that we were stranded in the parking lot worse customer service experience Ive ever dealt with, and definitely will be filing legal allegations against a company.

I bought windshield wiper blades a while back when I had rewards points before they expired whenever I buy anything there I bringing my registration so they know the correct parts. They told me what windshield wiper blades I need it I want to put them on and they gave me the wrong one for the passenger side. When I went to exchange it today the gentleman told me it would be an additional $20 to exchange it for the correct one.

Sold wrong spark plugs to me

Nothing has changed within the company contacting me. What changed is the truck won't stop throwing misfiring code to the cylinders of the wrong spark plus being places in with is all but 2.

To this day I have had no help with this claim and more issues with the truck. I can't believe they won't even call me back after I filed a claim with them even. Left messages for the district manager and nothing.

They sold me the wrong spark plugs which now had totally messed the truck up and the manager of this store is a complete jerk tried to embarrass me in front of other customers by yelling at me telling me spark plugs are not the issue of coil packs needing replaced they don't cause that. No idiot you sold me the wrong ones which now is advised both parts must be changed.
