Hello,
My name is Akaniyene Etuk with Polyphonic Sounds System Inc account number #254****. I had opened up a Tradeline with you guys and was told that this will reflect and report on my Dun & Bradstreet.
In 2021 I made a Net30 purchased which I had paid off but up till has yet to reflect on Dun & Bradstreet as told. I got on the phone with a representative today about 12:00 pm and she informed me that only negative item reports. This was not what I was told and it's contrary to what is being advertised.
Please see that this issue is fixed immediately. Thank you in advance.

My dad started his own business in 1977 brake and front end work,using parts from then Womwell automotive that became Bumper to Bumper that came to Carquest at about the same time that Advance Auto started in our area,Lex. Ky.I started with him in 86,using the best parts both stores had to offer.In 2006 my dad was ready to retire and I had to be closer to home for family health reasons,so closed that garage just short of 30 years of LOYALTY to them.Taking most of our equipment home,10 miles west of Morehead Ky,set up shop and started back to work when I could,family health care, got with Morehead Adv.
store and started a good business relationship with them.After 15 more years of alot more brake and front end work,very successful for one person I was LOYAL to that store.Now that I have reached the age that I can't do as much as I used to I have slowed way down doing a few jobs here and there.The last few times I have needed parts they were alot more expensive than they had been,being told that I haven't been buying enough to get the good prices and corporate sets that standard.I HAVE ONLY ONE QUESTION! WHERE IS YOUR LOYALTY AFTER NEARLY 50 YEARS?!!

Just wanted to tell you how much I appreciated Grant's help. The store is located in Reisterstown,Md.
He needs to be recognized. I had an issue with my truck not starting so I called my roadside assistance. Noticed one of your stores next to me and asked Grant could he check my battery and alternator. He said let's go.
While Grant was helping me the roadside assistance pulled up and said he hopes that whatever Grant was doing to help me wouldn't work. Grant was so apologetic because of someone else's issues and showed me that there are still great hearted people out here and he needs to be recognized.
Talk to Grant and he can tell you exactly what I'm saying. He is definitely an asset to your company

Still haven't heard anything about refusal to honor battery warranty.

Complaint with commercial service
The Marion Virginia commercial department is consistently making mistakes in sending incorrect parts. Even when the current part number, name of part and all other information is provided.
And then when correcting information every store employee including rhe manager refuses to even answer the phone.
The service within the store are completely unhelpful and inadequate that results in loss of business.
This store needs a completely new staff beginning with the commercial and store management. Also, all deliveries seem to take over an hour.
Complaints to the manager seem to go ignored and the service gets worse

False advertising
On their online store it shows Ford Explorer brake pads for sale that cost $9.99. On the Walmart app it shows the same brake pads supplied by Advance Autos for the same price of $9.99.
I tried to order from 3 different locations close to me and all 3 stores it showed those brake shoes for $9.99 out of stock. On the Walmart site it showed they were out of stock. I tried to order them and it said delivery wasnt an option where I was located. I went to the closet Advance Auto store and asked if they could ordered them for me and they couldnt order them either.
They had never seen any brake pads in their store or online for that price it when they looked It showed on their computer too!!
The same brake pads for the same price but the part number doesnt exist! Why advertise a product if your not gonna have it.
W2 I need it for filing taxes.

Well Advance dosen't sell 5 year batteries and hasn't in at least 10 years. So that part of your argument dosen't wash.
Look on you reciept. It has the warrant clearly printed on it.
