Advance Auto Parts in Boynton Beach-Delray Beach, Florida - Customer service issue
I bought this battery a week ago and not even a week later it’s not working. My car isn’t starting and when I try to go and exchange it or return it they giving me issue, saying that there’s nothing that they can do about it even if I have a receipt they just threw a fake customer service number that didn’t work at me and didn’t try to even help me. They could care less about their customers. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life I will never purchase from them ever again. Don’t buy from Advanced auto parts, go to your dealer! Store # 08851 3003 s Federal Hwy Delray Beach, Florida 33483 is the worst and the store manager named Ian was of no help he knows nothing about customer service. He needs to be let go!

I contacted customer support and explained the issue. After hearing the situation they honored the warranty and issued a check for what I was owed. Customer support was very helpful so I will upgrade my star rating, however I do not plan to return that store.

Same here except AAP wouldn't even look my way without a receipt even thought the pulled my phone number as one of their customers and my battery has date of 10/16 on it which would give me a month before warranty expires. The battery simply drained because it sat connected on my SUV due to other problems preventing me from driving it.
Tried charging it for over three days but not holding charge. Corporate needs to revise their warranties and stop their employees from making stories about missing addresses. How convenient! Such a horrible autoparts it's joining/merging with others to make it.
Last purchase from me and will report to BBB. Also, products are highly overpriced.
Especially simple inexpensive diy parts. Happy trails AHs!
