Pay cash and they will give your refund right there and then. If you don't have the money then use the card and wait like everyone else does, The clear did make the entry to refund the core as they promised you on the phone etc etc etc its now in the banks hands.

How can you claim a monetary loss when you are getting your money back??

Maybe next time they should not accept your card right away and wait 3-5 days to give you your battery, Oh wait you will complain even more. Have a nice day.

Maybe they are waiting for you to call the store again or to change your mind again. You call the store they do the preliminary work for you and gave you a part number then you go ahead and want it cancelled because you finally decided how to look things up on your own(WHOOPPPPIIE YOU DID IT ON YOU OWN)) and now you want to cancel it because you want to save a few bucks. Hope your wait is not too long.
