I purchased a battery, tried to return it in less then 24 hours and was told I couldn't because it was hooked up for not even 5 min, I realized the old one was still good and tried to return it and was told I could not. No were on your website nor did the employee say it could not be returned if it was hooked up, very upset loyal customers.
