Maybe they are waiting for you to call the store again or to change your mind again. You call the store they do the preliminary work for you and gave you a part number then you go ahead and want it cancelled because you finally decided how to look things up on your own(WHOOPPPPIIE YOU DID IT ON YOU OWN)) and now you want to cancel it because you want to save a few bucks. Hope your wait is not too long.

If its a lamp that is warranted by Advance, meaning its their own brand then they will warrant it. If its by another manufacturer such as Sylvania then you you have to take it up with that company. So if you have their brand or a Carquest brand bulb-which is what is sold around here , they will warranty if not then call the company who made the product the warranty is with them.

You are right about the ordering and paying for parts before it arrives. That is Jim Serfass(sp) area and he does not know how to run an ice cream truck more or less a bunch of stores because he wants to keep costs down.
My friend used to work there about 3 mos ago and left to go to the competition. I still buy at advance because the parts in my mind are better quality but not in the harrisburg area.
