I wss told to bring back the brakes i just purchased because they was squilling badly . Its a 2017 ram.. i gad bought brakes a yr ago. which was the good ones atvthe moment i couldnt afford the good ones so i bought the less expensive. I went to the Oregon ave store in Philadelphia pa at 7:40 and it was about 6 other customers waiting no one was there to open the store all the customers left I waited a little longer then left this is ridiculous and your company lost an unknown amount of money already today

Advance Auto Parts - Won't order parts unless paid for in advance.
I been shopping the Harrisburg area stores for years and now they will not order parts from other stores for me unless they get paid in advance. Why should I have to come in for this when I do not live close. The reason I am told is that the main warehouse is on strike and the local stores will not order unless paid because they are afraid of it being stuck in their inventory.and that this was by the order of their district manager Serfass. I now go to AutoZone.

so, you bought the wrong part, tried to install it, then wanted to return it? then somehow, a store credit isn't good enough for you, then you even manage to figure a way to blame the store, for your need to gather your spawn?
then you are so busy you can't count your change, and finally, you figure a way to blame it on the poor, hardworking store employee? this is why we hate millennials.
