Advance Auto Parts - Rude management

I have had several occasions where the manager Boone at the Jonesborough TN store has been very rude and disrespectful to me every time I go into that store I use advance a lot and Jonesborough is the most convenient store for me and have several friends and family with commercial accounts there and are on the edge of taking there buisness else where if something isn't done about BOONE!!!!
