What is your point' You bought it then you want to return after 1 week because you found it cheaper yet you are missing parts. I have to side with Advance on this one.

I purchased a radiator hose for a 2002 toyota rav4, and the hose was defective. I tried returning it and they would not except it. I purchased the hose on 8/03/2019 and ordered it on line. You do realize that you can take a picture of your receipt right? That with that info they would be able to help you.

You can take selfies until your phone breaks but it NEVER occurred to you to take a picture of something important like a receipt. I swear what happened to critical thought?

I seem to remember being challenged to solve problems myself and NOT falsely blame others. It’s like a phone in their hands causes them to forget how to be a human being.

the only thing that was torn on the box was the top which you have to do in order to open it to see what it is and after the second time you would hope that it was a right past! I purchase a lot of things from the Advance Auto Parts at the Lewistown Pennsylvania store.

interesting thread posted here i came to read reviews about advance but many comments from both sides on this thread looks like the original poster should send his wife in to fight his battles now since he did not go back and sent his son in and that didnt work and likes to call peoples names looks like he got what he wanted garbage in garbage out we call his type keyboard warrior where i work also my shift key for caps don't work so please whoever do not gig me on that issue

The receipt that you got when you bought the starter and I am sure you kept tells you what the warranty is on your item.

Advance policy on electrical items is no returns unless its defective then you get a replacement, not your money back because you decided that you did not need it.
