Their return policy along with most other parts places is when a part is defective they will replace it with another part. Plus Advance has their return policy posted in the store.

Had one come in the other day. Checked alternator.

Not charging. He says man that is the 8th alt I have had installed and have not got a good one yet. Told him you need a new mechanic not another alt.

Went to a different shop and they found a broken wire and fixed the problem in 5 mins. So multiple replacements of same part with same result means you are not to root of the problem.

Details
The male manager (Juan) at your Kennedy location refused to help me because it was raining outside but had the female manager outside in the rain changing someone else’s battery. He then proceeded to be very rude to me in front of other customers. I explained my situation and he kept repeating that he wouldn’t come outside because it was raining. I explained it was important and he said “idk what to tell you, you can go somewhere else but I’m not going to help you.” I need to be contacted back about this problem and need to know something will be done about his actions.

Last week I brought a car battery from the Reisterstown road location. A nice sales woman Bre assisted me and offered to help place my battery in my car. She was later told by the manager Savonne Adams that she couldn’t help me with putting my battery in my car. The manager was so rude and used a hostile tone. Although Bre was pleasant I will no longer spend money at this business because of the disrespectful manager. She was not helpful and did not greet me when I walked into the store.

I came into the store for service for my car to check engine light. As I reach the desk after standing in line for a few minutes I was rudely ignored and very hatefully yelled at.I am an assistant store manager and have been in retail for many years and I would never never treat my customers to the way this lady treated me I happened at the store off of highway 98 in Panama City her name was Nicki and she was the manager of the time this happened on Sunday 16th of December 2018.
