You will be the reason we soon will not install batteries anymore. Keep it up.

Will be great when we can tell customers we are not allowed to install batteries now because of customer complaints on a FREE service. You have already got it that way on bulbs.

Hopefully wipers will be next. Then we won't have to touch your car at all!!

I always thought that the retail salespersons were taught to come down to the buyers level so that they could understand their needs and wants. Perhaps the salesperson was acting like an idiot because he was talking to one. Better yet the buyer did not understand the jest of the questioning of the salesperson and thought (due to their low level common core entitled free education) that the sales person was an idiot.

You do realize that you can take a picture of your receipt right? That with that info they would be able to help you.

You can take selfies until your phone breaks but it NEVER occurred to you to take a picture of something important like a receipt. I swear what happened to critical thought?

I seem to remember being challenged to solve problems myself and NOT falsely blame others. It’s like a phone in their hands causes them to forget how to be a human being.

the only thing that was torn on the box was the top which you have to do in order to open it to see what it is and after the second time you would hope that it was a right past! I purchase a lot of things from the Advance Auto Parts at the Lewistown Pennsylvania store.

The money goes back on the card that it was paid with. This is common practice in the retail industry.

Perhaps you don't have a credit card and didn't know this. Get the original purchaser to return it, but I will let you know that most likely since you tried to use it they may not take it back.

Here comes the race card again!!! NO it is not racist, your purchase history is in the store that you bought it at unless you had a receipt.

The stores as I found out do not talk to each other. So if you have the receipt they can scan it and the problem is solved. If you had the receipt then its the employees fault for not scanning it unless it was illegible.

The consumer is responsible for keeping records. So unless that happened then quit playing the race card and get a life!!
