Purchased a timing chain under the impression it had a lifetime warrenty. Was told it had a lifetime warrenty. After 2 years and 30000 miles. The chain failed in multiple spots. The person i talked on the phone with was no help. Didnt offer any solutions. I will not be purchasing any parts from here anymore. Now because the chain failed i might be looking at buying a new motor for my truck

Maybe its their local policy not to install due to other issues. I am glad you decided to man up and do it yourself in the cold was opposed to some low paid worker at the store doing it, but hey you did not do it anyway and went elsewhere. Makes me proud of my young daughter who did her own but she was raised to be self sufficient and not entitled.

I called to inquire about some wiper blades and the associate Latricia was very rude in giving me prices and just hing up without saying bye or have a nice day. Just hung up the phone in my face. Employees like her will cause me to never shop at Advance again and i will tell everyone i know not to shop there. I will gladly take my money and business elsewhere.
