Maybe its their local policy not to install due to other issues. I am glad you decided to man up and do it yourself in the cold was opposed to some low paid worker at the store doing it, but hey you did not do it anyway and went elsewhere. Makes me proud of my young daughter who did her own but she was raised to be self sufficient and not entitled.

Worst service ever. Four employees only one really working . Bought product only because of the 20% promo code . As I’m checking out the counter went down losing on my information . No one knew how to solve the issue . And then accidentally my parts fell from the counter to the floor . As a result of their incompetency I cancelled my entire order .
