Advance Auto Parts - Disrespectful

Andy at store in escanaba Michigan, rude as *** an very disrespectful. This is the reason i never buy anything from there, only had to cause i couldn't get part sooner anywhere else. I know nothing will come of this wgich os why ill never buy from your store ever again, an ill let people know not to shop there as well.

As to seeing your number, we don't have caller id. If we did I can assure you we don't have time to remember all snowflake customers who wont go on and just tell us what we want so we can get on to next customer.

Some of us wait on 75-100 customers per shift. The guy at my counter waiting dosn't want me to swap banter w you.

If they don't stock the filter if its not in the price range that the ad states then its not their fault. BUT if its something that they could order in and you can wait then yes its on them and they should order it in.

If you dont want to wait then its on you!!!!!

Otherwise he did you a favor to save you some money. Learn to read the advertisement or have some patience.
