I went their on Wednesday night to get a set of brake pads. What inconvenience??? They told you they would be there on Thurs, so you did not receive a call. Must someone tell you when the bathroom is empty to use or are you waiting for a call from the monitor.

If you paid for an expedited order that means they have ordered it from a vendor and it must be shipped fedex or ups to store. Store has no control over that but they can give you a refund for the shipping.
