Hi my name is Al. I called to store #0410 while in Autozone inquiring the price to rent a steering wheel puller Autozone price was $40.
Kimberly a Assistant Mngr. At advance quoted me one for $30. I went there and she pulled the tool. I asked her how to work it and she did not know.
She told me the price was more than she quoted me and there was nothing she could do. She told me it was not her fault she made the mistake. She became very mouthy and disrespectful. The Manager Tom was there and heard her and apologized for her mistake, but not her disrespect.
He said it was to many people in the store for him to say something at that time. He told me to call and report it to Customer Service. He seemed afraid to control his employee.
I am very disappointed with this store. I spend to much money with Advance to put up with this I can be reached at 252-412-3929
