I ordered a part in the morning and came to pick it up at the end of the day and the associate cannot find my order. I waited for the mgr to find the order and he found it but no one pulled the part off the shelf yet.
the mgr asked me to get the part which should be his job and not mine .
the part is cannot be found in the shelf so i asked the mgr to give me a substitute brand for the same price but he refused and asked me to go back and order the part again.
this is terrible ccustomer service
1. the part let me order on the web but not in stock
2. the mgr asked me to pull the part myself
3. he did not offer a replacement part
