I’m in the military stationed in N.C , have a business back home in P.A with my father , he is the account holder I’m the primary account user, tried to buy some parts under the account, employee says he can’t let me use the account this time because he can’t verify that I’m authorized to use it,even tho the previous times he has not verified if I was authorized or not, I tell him to call the account phone number and verify he refuses, I call the account holder from cell phone and he verifies that I’m authorized to use the account but employee still refuses to sell me parts under the account this happened at the advance located 301 W Vernon ave in Kinston N.C, the employees name is Norman please give me a call back at 484-358-5532. This is a business account that we have stablished together. This is rediculous
