Advance Auto Parts - Bad engine warranty
We bought a new engine in May, 2017. It went bad in December, 2017.
We received a replacement motor in January and returned the bad motor on January 22, 2018, to your Rogers AR store. We spent $2200 to get the first motor installed and now have spent another $2000 for a RE-install. The warranty labor cannot be paid until the warranty company checks out the motor at their facility in Houston. We were assured the motor would be to the LKQ warranty company by 2/19/18.
They still do not have it. Your ROGERS store manager told us it is sitting at the Advance Auto distribution center awaiting shipment but the dc manager will not ship it until he has a full load.
We are very upset. The warranty company has been great but Advance Auto is causing major issues for us.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $2200.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Advance Auto Parts Pros: Employees we dealt with face to face, Cool headed employees.
Advance Auto Parts Cons: Poorly trained associates, Being totally disregarded.
