I was on line. I went to the store.
To only be told. That the part was being shipped to my house. When it was a pick up in store. Had to cancel order and reorder.
Then I get the part. Go to have it put on. Only to be told it the wrong starter. Took it back to the store.
Online put 1989. When it should have been 1998. Then I was told that the new starter was $75 more. Had to reorder wait another 1/2 hour.
The whole time my Jimmy is on the rack Together I spent over 5 hours trying to get the rite part it all started because the person on the phone at advance did not listen to anything I was saying. Then at the store. The employees know nothing. 1 was playing with a light.
1 was eating peanuts. It was all BAD !!!!! Took from 1 too 7 pm. To get a starter put on my vehicle.
Thanks advance. So I missed work.
