we purchased a battery from Advance Auto Parts write about a year ago and about 3 months ago the car started cranking slow and finally today the battery went bad. We took it to Advanced Auto and they couldn't find us in the system and told us that they could not warranty it and they would sell us a new battery for $225. Going to return the new battery that my wife just brought home and go buy one at Battery plus even if it's $50 more money, I will not give any of my business to Advance any longer.

That is why you should keep your receipt!!! You bought, you own it so keep records and don't rely on others for your personal filing system.


Good luck with that return, as Advance has a new return policy on any electrical part. Once you leave with it, it's yours.
