Furious ,i got home after standing while one of your representives looked for an ignition relay for a 97 es300 lexus ,which seemed like she went out of her way not to fnd one i needed ,then proceeds to tell me one i have in my hand is wrong i just took it off the lexus in parking lot of store so as to get the right one . 30 min later oh we dont have it its a general relay be in around 330 pm sorry had to pass ,sorry but seemed intentional and i dont know the woman never saw her before this that iknow of until lil bit ago .
But the kicker of it all ,gave my phone number said my name i get home (bought some signal light bulbs ) reciept says something else 12 m acp plan epwzacigrafscab for $1.19 wth is that and account names sp acct name fierros,ortiz customer brown,yusef who *** are these people i send you picture exactly what i have or better yet store number 03850,register 2 trn#5581 carolyn o . Z2pwz1c3gr1fsc paid with visa ending in 8692 .
Worse the absolute worse aervice i have ever had at advance auto parts in any town ever . Would like my $1.19 plus taxes back i may just take damn bulbs back and refnd my money but afraid aint whats on reciept and look like i stole some *** esp since i white guy not of spanish hertiage . Also in preparing for paying i had pulled out 11 dollars 2 fives and a one didnt have any change on me so i had to use my debit card if i wasnt charged for some bs i have no clue what is i wouldnt of had to .would been less than 11bucks .
Was wondering what was taking so long to ring me up honestly believe the woman saw my 11 bucks and tried to find something that would put it just a little over ,didnt have any change. I am dumbfounded at the way this person was .
I was polite said thank you for your time and walked outside put my relay in car started it and left . I wont be going back to mt pleasent tn advance auto parts
