I bought a waterpump from carquest.Advance honered my waranty because i had receipt.Here is the the story in the past two years ive replaced the same waterpump 3 times.My last visit was on 11/4/2019.My truck broke down on my way to work.So i found the closest Advance to purchase one.If your warranty is two years they don t keep it in system.Only at store you purchased it at.So i bought another waterpump in intentions on returning to origanal store for a refund.They didnt want to issue me a refund because i purchased somewhere else.When giving another waterpump i said ok ill just return it tomorrow to the other store.The manager refused to give me a receipt and said i was commiting fraud.I tried calling customer service on my phone and he tried taking my phone away.I treaten. To call the cops for putting his hands on me and was giving a refund.All these drama for a return on a warranty product.I will never do business with them
