Went into the Advance Auto Parts store in Elkin, NC with a battery problem. I told the customer service guy I bought the battery there and he begins to ask me questions about the receipt, when I bought it, and if I was sure I bought it there.

He didn't bother to go out to check and see if the battery was bad. A customer came in after me and he proceeds to wait on her and I start to walk out. He then tells me he will check it when he finishes with his new customer. I told him not to bother, that I would go to the Auto Zone store down the street.

I'm glad it did even though the customer service man there told me the battery was fully covered at the Advance Auto Parts and they should replace it with a new one, since it was only two years old and it had a full replacement warranty for three years. I told him I would never go back to Advance Auto Parts again.
