Advance Auto Parts - Customer service incident
DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR!!! CARELESS AND UNTRAINED AND NONPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.
BEWARE OF LYONS AVE LOCATION. ON 8-22-2018, THEY DID Nothing but make me regret letting them provide me a service that they clearly DIDn'T know how to PROVIDE N complete. The employee blantantly said he didn't know what he was doing after he did it and left my car in worse position than when I came in. HE BROKE MY HOOD LATCH N CORD.
Then when speaking with the manager Anthony TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, the next day at store # 6531 in Irvington NJ he clearly knew that the employee was in the wrong AND said THAT TheY would cover the $50-65 expense of repair and then didn't keep his word. I'm so pissed at this store and the service I received and I will be making a formal complaint because this SHOULD not happen at such a large establishment.
