This is unacceptable. As, I was explaining my problem he would not listen and argued with me the whole time. So, I drove up to Orielly and spent 130.00 for a battery for my car. I will never do business in your store again.
This is not my first time. Your store manager there is very rude and does not have the personality to be in public. After them changing my battery my car is still sitting in there parking lot. Sorry to say if something is not done with customer service you will not need to.
