Advance Auto Parts - Disgusting and atrocious
I think the title says it all.Also, other customers stating the same thing as far as refunds go.
A.A.P. says its the bank and even have their csr give you a timestamp of when the bank supposedly accepted the return. They say on their end its 3-5 business days. Lies, lies and more lies.
If a refund is released immediately as A.A.P claims then why would a bank need to hold it for 3-5 business days? At the VERY least when you call your bank, the bank rep should at least be able to SEE it in the account system as PENDING.
My bank like the other two commenters below have NOTHING pending in my account.I just got off the phone with the bank and a csr from A.A.P..
