At the Winter Haven, Florida store I ordered a brake light cover. They said it would take 3 days to come in.

I'm from out of town and after a week in went in the store and no one could tell me where the part was. I asked for my money back so I could be on my way.

Brenda said she didn't have money for returns, while I stood there watching people pay with cash. The part took 2 weeks and I will never step foot in another DAP store.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
