i purchased 2 moog wheel hubs that were defective with a 3 year waranty. i had to remove them to return them so i had to purchase 2 more. aparantly under waranty you do not get your money back even though advanced auto parts sold me defective parts.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Autoparts stores(most of them) is you get the defective part replaced by another. You do not get your money back.

As for defects its not the parts stores fault that the manufacturer made a defective part. I know my local store makes you contact the manufacturer as they are the ones that made the warranty, not the store.
