My husband went to store to pick up an item which another advance auto parts didn’t have but was sent to this store #9404 to pick up. When he got there he asked Mr.Luis for help but he was on the phone and by the time he got the receipt and supposedly checked he said they didn’t have it and threw the receipt on the counter.
My husband asked if he had to make the trip back to the store to get his money back by that time another employee came and asked if he was sure they didn’t have so he checked and found it. the situation didn’t end there, my husband made the comment he didn’t find it because he was on his phone, the gentleman Luis said are you talking *** about me, you shouldn’t give a *** about me or what I’m doing.
