Poor customer service

Advance Auto Parts in Fort Lauderdale, Florida - Defected doman motor and shaft for my buick 2002. part #741-637

I brought this part back 1-5-2014 to show the counter clerk it is defective and I will like it replace. I did not have my receipt. He ask me for my phone number and then he pulled up my account, It only show the amount of six hundred and something but not the part I brought from them. So I called the corporate office and spoke to a lady and she will have the manager of store 09425 call me in 24 hours. I have not heard from anybody and this is not customer care like. I had to pay $97.51 all over for a defected part that I brought last year. I spoke to Cythia on 1-7-2014 and she said I will have the manager from the store call me. I have not heard from anybody yet. I will like someone from the corporate to call me at 954-235-7883 in regards to this matter to have it solved. I deserve a refund of $97.51. Thank you.
