What is your point' You bought it then you want to return after 1 week because you found it cheaper yet you are missing parts. I have to side with Advance on this one.

When going to a store, it is common courtesy to practice Lombardi time. Don't know what that is? Go *** yourself and stay out of public businesses.

I work at the Big O and if someone wants to "borrow" a tool that is not a loaner then we also ask for their license to keep until they return the tool and we also take down their license number. I don't see where Advance did any thing wrong.

Advance Auto Parts - Manager Review from Macon, Georgia

STORE 8055 ...Corporate really needs to address the Manager Tony!!! He has embarrassed me many times with his rude and very harsh approach to Customers and mainly the employees. It's is amazing he is still manager much less a Advance Employee. When I come in to buy something I avoid him. He is ruining the business there. I'm sure there is another manager that could take his place and move him to another store of even give him a few weeks off and retrain him in diversity. It seems he is Angry and pissed all the time. I've been buy parts at advance for many years and have never encountered this type of management at any other store. If this isn't addressed I will be utilizing other auto parts stores in the area.

Advance Auto Parts Manager Review

Bought a battery for my mower on 05/23/14,but did not have may old battery for the core charge.When I returned with the old battery I was told that I had already returned the battery. I was told manager was out and would not be back till Friday 06/13/14. So I gave this man my name,cell number and ask him to have the manager to call me. It is now 06/22/14 and he has not called yet. It's only ten dollars core, but its the fact that the manager does not care about his customers. Think its time to change parts store. 1208 E Jackson ST , Thomasville,GA 31792.
