The workers do get a break and also its a free service. Looks like you think they should come running to your entitled beck and call.

Dont be cheap and buy your own scanner. Or enter a sweepstakes and maybe you could win one and take it over to them to show you how to use it.

Why does he need spoken to? Perhaps you should buy a new tail light lens and even better a good watch so you know how to tell time.

It was closing for heavens sake. How would you like if he came to your place a night when you are ready to go to bed and ring your door bell!

I work at the Big O and if someone wants to "borrow" a tool that is not a loaner then we also ask for their license to keep until they return the tool and we also take down their license number. I don't see where Advance did any thing wrong.

Advance Auto Parts review in Atlanta, Georgia: The store exchange policy

My grandson returned to the Advance Auto on Panola Road in Lithonia last night to exchange a $5.00 auto part that was given to him in error by the store employee (Maurice). He had just purchased the product less than 30 minutes and was told since he did not have his receipt he could not exchange it for the right part and needed to make a new purchase if he want the part. I think this customer service stink and the clerk remember him but did nothing to help him after all IT WAS THE STORE CLERK WHO GAVE HIM THE WRONG PART............I WILL NOT SHOP HERE ANYMORE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE......

Went to advance today in Lewisburg wv,2 employees behind the counter, 3 customers, me being the 3rd.The 2 in front of me where already there when i got there.waited 15 minutes in line ,2 more people came in ,a 3rd employee came out and waited on the 2 that came in well after i did.After that i said the *** with this and went to napa which is where i will be going to from now on. By the way the 2 customers that where in front of me being waited on, 1 was buying a starter and the other was buying a battery that wasn't being installed. I think Advance needs to hire at least 1 qualified person per shift.But that was not the case when I was there. I won't need to worry about that ever happening to me at that store again.

it is up to the store if they want to make their restrooms public. i have seen what customers can do to a bathroom. fling their nasty soapy hands all over the mirrors, *** all on the floor, even take merchandise to the back to steal.

Advance Auto Parts Manager Review

Bought a battery for my mower on 05/23/14,but did not have may old battery for the core charge.When I returned with the old battery I was told that I had already returned the battery. I was told manager was out and would not be back till Friday 06/13/14. So I gave this man my name,cell number and ask him to have the manager to call me. It is now 06/22/14 and he has not called yet. It's only ten dollars core, but its the fact that the manager does not care about his customers. Think its time to change parts store. 1208 E Jackson ST , Thomasville,GA 31792.
