From reading these reviews it seems most of the "complaints" are from people who simply did not get their way. If something is out of warranty, it's out of warranty.
If your battery tests good, its not going to be swapped out. You're not getting cash back anywhere without a receipt.
Now some of these reviews seem like actual concerns and I feel for you guys. But over 50% of the complaints I read are the consumers fault or responsibility, ie ordering wrong parts, losing receipts, etc.
