then he said, it declined the return? (weird) then he said i'll have to give you back cash , he proceeded to do the transaction and it declined...

he ask the female ? manager or worker Deanna to come over ...when she saw the print out , she said " it declined your return.

I said I ve never had this to happen .... She said , you can call the number and see why.

I said , "Ya'll need to find out why ... by this time i really thought something was very very WEIRD ...

the both of them NEVER OFFERED TO / GIVE ME CREDIT and they acted like .. I wasn't DUE THE CREDIT. I shared that i drove 20 min drive to return the item quick , 3 days ----not opened. Deanna said CALL THE NUMBER...

I SAID I WILL , right now.. she popped off " they are closed now." then she said " HAVE A GOOD DAY, HAVE A GOOD DAY... " AT THAT TIME I LEFT THAT ALBERTVILLE AL STORE AND DROVE TO Boaz, AL Store , 11 mins away walked in and Matt said sure I'll give you credit , he and another boy credited my card in 3 mins.. SOMETHING IS GOING ON AT YOUR ALBERTVILLE AL STORE ?????

Sad for Advance ... But my husband always says " Go to O'Reily 's " I see why . I will Never go in the Store again and by the way >>>>>> I was the only customer in there . they were smarties and didn't care if i drove 20 mins and didn't even care if they sought to find out why YOUR COMPUTER WOULDN'T WORK ...

MY GUESS IS THAT STORE HAD LOW Quota!!!!! and she sought to help the process!!!!of it not closing . What is wrong with those employees . I ask the Boaz store , why could you give me credit and they wouldn't ???

fishy .....He was familiar with Deanna .... Later that day my cousin told me she didn't go to ADVANCE ... only O'Reily s ..... Well I see why!!!!I would fix this attitude they have toward CUSTOMERS , AFTER ALL THEY SPEND THEIR MONEY FOR THE BUSINESS TO STAY OPEN!!!!....

This has never happened anywhere i have shopped ....

Personal attitude should not play a role in a return and they should do everything to give credit , not avoid and send the customer AWAY.

" A STATEMENT LIKE THS SHOULD BE PRACTICE, " Let's see what's going on, we will get you credit .... troubleshooting the issue , till i GOT CREDIT,,,

This cost me GAS< TIME < MONEY

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
