I know what you mean I would be upset to walk into an autoparts store after a rain-snow to find dirty floors and salt. Hope they put out the red carpet for you at the other place you went to

3rd time coming in to this store, employees on there phone or sitting down , talking among each other. I have to see who will help me ... When i pay with debit card and return items not needed, i ask for cash back and alway get an opposite answer then what the return...

They may offer cash back for debit card if they have enough in the cash register, otherwise its debit. Why are you asking for cash back if you paid for debit otherwise.

Why not pay for cash in the beginning instead of going in looking for a hassle? I know what the sign says as I had the same problem once but since most people pay by card they don't always have enough cash on hand in register at times.
