Advance Auto Parts - INCOMPETENT!
This auto parts store is the most incompetent auto parts store. In Chapin, South Carolina they gave my husband 2 dead batteries - finally got it right on the third try.
They gave the wrong parts on 2 different occasions - even after going over it again and again and them checking the computer. The store in Gainesville, GA gives wrong parts, orders from the warehouse or wherever and give us a pick-up date and when we come to pick op part - it's not there because they NEVER EVN ORDERED IT! Now - during an online order that was supposed to be here in 3 business days - order placed on Oct. 2, 2019 - which was a Wednesday, Is still at the warehouse in Thompson, GA as of Oct.
8, 2019 - which was a Tuesday - hasn't even been picked up by whoever the carrier should be (UPS or FedEx). In the meantime, my car will not move until I get this part. I've had to call off work for several days now and probably won't get it until Friday or Saturday!
They Suck! I will never order from them EVER AGAIN!!!
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $67.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
