regional manager contacted me made everything perfect in minutes which is great and fair and i wanted to remove this but it seems it can not be removed.....once posted.. makes no sense

bought a new item... left shop...item did not match my car...

returned to store...with receipt...new item....i told salesman i would go and check if it matched... they did not say no returns at that point... when i came back in the store is when they said no returns..... does not say it on receipt....no flashing sign anywhere....

but he insists anything having anything to do with electronics are not returnable..... so i was robbed in broad daylight... i lost 20 dollars and now i will warn the world every single day on all social media....this is the third time it happened...to me.... corporate office was very helpful last two times and said it would not happen again...

I WANT TO WARN SHOPPERS.... ABOUT ADVANCED AUTO STORES....

you need to know they will not take back returns...even if brand new.... with receipt.... on the same day you purchased the item..... they have rules and more rules on things you can not return once you leave the store....

this includes any item related in any way to electronics..... that means 65 percent of the store....including fuses.... bulbs..... batteries...

wires..... gadgets etc.... also you can not return anything that is associated with a season.....like anything for cooling system or air conditioning...... at the door is a huge yellow sign....

it has 1,200 words...read carefully before you get ripped off like i did..... BUYER BEWARE.... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED....

go to autozone..... they like customers.....

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Sounds like you bought a fuse package. How will that not fit your car?

It’s universal for any car. I’ve been an Advance Customer for years! And I never had a problem with them.

Very friendly and caring people. Rules are rules.
