Replaced master cylinder ( with lifetime warranty) in spring of 2016, it failed and when I tried to return it last Wednesdaywithout receipt I was told there system only keeps things 2 years, they could see in computer I bought "something" but system didn't say what, and I needed to call corporate office, which I did Thursday morning at 8:00 a.m. they were to send email to store manager, and I would
have a response within 24 hours
I went to store and was told regional manager had to handle it he called me Thursday late afternoon, well outside the 24 hour time frame I was told, and left message he would try to get should of me on Tuesday.
I had to have car so had to go to O'Reilley and buy another.
Auto Zone certainly has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I want a refund since they could not resolve this in a timely fashion.
