Advance Auto Parts review in Germantown, Maryland: Horrible customer service.
I ordered battery online picked it up, I took old 1 with to save time and a return trip. The guy told me that the system would not process the refund yet too soon. He said at closing he would process the core return so I would get refund of $22 back. Never happened contacted customer service all i was offered was 25% off next purchase. Never again!

I went in the store with a quart of oil my husband bought the wrong brand and type I just needed to exchange I seen that you can exchange without a receipt even return but the “manager “ refused to and when I asked why it was because he needed a receipt which I know to be a lie and was just like no my car really needs the other quart of oil this was ridiculous over a 6.99 product

If i lost my receipt for a battery buy. The store cant find the transaction under my name or phone number. Could you find it by tracking it down by the credit card used?

It's seems to me she was having a difficult time. I don't see where she was "entitled".
She was upset. You military and veterans just seem to pick on her because she didn't seem to understand the difference in price. Why don't you all see this for what it is. A person who felt she was ripped off and very upset about it.
Instead of judging her, why don't you just try and understand instead, especially you military and veterans. PS I spent several years in the service myself. I didn't think military personnel and veterans would be so disrespectful and judgmental about another veteran.
