Advance Auto Parts - Review from Chelsea, Massachusetts

Tried exchanging a part with receipt and they asked where the other receipt was ? I asked for the manager then next you know they just started speaking in Mexican !! Ignorant illegal trash !! Had to go to an American advanced auto .. I went to Chelsea MA what a dump and FN rude Mexicans work there .. Don't go there if you need help with anything !

I agree the use of the word mexican and the corresponding comments were racist. BUT, I have to agree that when hispanics speak spanish, knowing the person in front of them most likely does not understand, that is beyond rude!

First let's get something straight if anyone is ignorant it's you because Mexican is NOT a language... You're just racist.

Just because they are Hispanic does not mean that they are illegal. Yes this has nothing to do with the advance auto review but I'm just proving a point here!

Advance Auto Parts in Boston, Massachusetts - Erica

I had a very bad experience with a female employee at: 1588 S Main St. Athol , MA 01331 She had brown hair, wore glasses and was of medium build and height. She was very rude and made several snide remarks about my lack of automotive knowledge. I think that she might have been a manager, as she was very bossy with her coworkers, who seemed very nice... I was trying to find a part for my car and I needed to check with her as to its availability and cost. This woman acted as if I were mentally challenged. I was very angery and left the store!
