The Sales person Mr. Ramon at Store 9492 its very Arrogant and his costumers services skills are really bad, They offer free oil filter if you buy five quarter of MOVIL1 oil, then they said that they don't have they filter and want you to pay for it when I complaint, Mr.

Ramon told me that they is going to make me "a favor" in a very arrogant manner giving me a different filter.

which company make a "favor" when they make something wrong and they have to satisfied the costumers? So today companies make you a "favor" when you go with them, This is Unbelievable.

If they don't stock the filter if its not in the price range that the ad states then its not their fault. BUT if its something that they could order in and you can wait then yes its on them and they should order it in.

If you dont want to wait then its on you!!!!!

Otherwise he did you a favor to save you some money. Learn to read the advertisement or have some patience.
