Purchased a Autocraft silver battery online and went to the store to have it "installed for free" only to find out that they would not install the battery due to the fact that it was dark outside and it would be to risky in "the area the store was located". Also, noticed after printing out the receipt that the order qualified for $10 back by clicking on the highlighted button on the screen.

Called the online customer care hot line and was told that he had know idea what I was talking about. This company is a joke, not the first time I had problems with their lack of care for the customer but it will be the last.

Pep boys and Auto zone will get all my future purchases. With 6 auto this will be a costly loss for these fools
