If they charged you for a core when you bought the new battery then they must accept it as a core for that receipt. Otherwise if you are talking about monies that you get for a "store credit" then all they accept is auto/truck and certain golf cart batteries. That is listed on their website and in store.

Today i went to my advance store to get brake pads and a rotor for my ford truck on rt.22 hbg. Pa.They did not have the rotor but they said derry st. Store had it so I went to that store to find they didn't have it. You better up date your computers...I have other friends having problems with that store.

I would like to share my recent expierence with your advanced auto store on 1840 E. Tremont ave. 10460. Store number= 7286. I visited the store yesterday (9/2/16), as I walked in, I realized that the 2 employees standing behind the counter were on their cell phones. I waited for about 2 minutes and finally a gentalmen by the name of Ray acknoleged me with such a sigh of disgust and seemed to be annoyed that i asked for assistance. I infored him that the battery on my toyota camry had died and i needed a new one. He pointed to the side of the store and stated "that is where the batteries are" and just walked away. I later asked the female standing behind the counter who was also on her cell phone, and asked for a manager to help me out becasae Ray was very dissrespectful. The lady behing the register informed me that she was the manager and her name was esmaralda. She stated that she would get another employee to assist me. After approximetly 8 minutes, no one assisted me and as i looked behind the counter to the back of the store, esmaralda and Ray were both on their cell phones (it seemed like they were texting). I have never been so disgusted of any other store like yours until yesterdays encounter with your employees. I do not want any deals or promotions in return for this event, i would just like to imform you that in will never shop at your stores or recommend you to anyone ever again.

So you did not look at the rotor before you left and you did not get a receipt when you returned it? Thanks for the 45 dollars. I bet you make sure all the hamburgers are then when you stop at Mcdonalds.
