Why would a company that's CEO says is laser focused on its goal of improving its standing in the market place not stock a rear wiper blade for the most popular selling SUV of the last decade in its stores or warehouses? Can not even order one if customer requests. You choose to beat up your employees for not hitting sales goals (UPT) and yet you refuse to supply them with what sells! Wake up and smell the crap you are shoveling. If you really wanted to improve something you would give your employees equipment that was not the oldest in the industry!!

I just want to pass along a great experience I had at the Waxhaw North Carolina Advance store.. I walked in needing parts for my rear suspension shocks and bushings. John I believe the store manager helped me at the counter I didn't know exactly what parts are needed but he spent about 15 minutes with me trying to find the parts that fit on the computer. ordered the parts in that day installed them and everything fit 100%. just want to thank John at the Waxhaw North Carolina store for all the help.

Advance Auto Parts review in Cape Fear, North Carolina: Non helpful non friendly staff

Went in to a local Advanced Auto in Wrightsboro N.C. with my son. He was on crutches due to an ankle injury. Noticed at least 6 employees, out of the 6, 4 were behind the counter. None of them offered to hold door or ask if they could assist my son in finding something. Instead, my son is going up and down each isle on his own with his crutches trying to find a special oil. One employee was standing behind counter with his arms crossed. To me, this is not a friendly way to treat customers who are there to spend their hard earned money in your store. Not one employee offered any type of assistance. Extremely disappointed the way this store is ran. They need to have more training in the customer service department.

I agree with him asking for help. Some folks are self sufficient and don't want to be treated any different. It seems like he did not have any problem but you as his "mother" did.
